Aruba is a preferred destination for tourists to enjoy a vacation as well as to celebrate weddings, a special day in a nuptials life and also to celebrate renewing vows on the island. BonDia Aruba has learned on various social networks that a certain local photographer that was hired for services has not complied with his contract. This alone will destroy the image of Aruba as a destination event or wedding location.
He does not comply with Clients
Many complaints of the clients are that he does not comply with his promises on the contract.
Some of the clients are planning in advance way before for the most important day of their lives. These clients found reviews in the social media as well as the many reviews on Aruba Tourism Authority forum (aruba.com). The name of one photographer always popped up as a recommended photographer. Then comes the day the clients have waited for, arriving in Aruba and everything unfolds that was promised to the client & agreed on via email through a contract never becomes a reality.
Like the bride who did not get the fofoti tree location that was promised as well as in various cases the clients also got insulted by the photography. This photographer does not know how to treat our clients. The photos are not delivered on time nor are the images edited as stated on contract.
Another major problem is the moment a client goes to register in their country after being married at Aruba’s Town Hall, they were not being accepted because of failure to an apostille not being stamped on documentation and the marriage is void. It is known that without an apostille it has no legal validation. So if there is no apostille you’re not married.
Contract
Now a day’s everything is via a contract, this local photographer makes a contract via his clients and everything is agreed on and signed for this is an important day in the clients eyes.
Many times the clients with a contract are deceived in this situation. In many of the cases after months of waiting and emailing back and forth with this local photographer, the clients paid for their photo memories and have not received it in return.
In various occasions the nightmare is not over, when the client goes to see the photos they are not edited or are not what they expected as they are edited horribly. There are so many cases that clients wanted to cancel their services and he, the photographer tells them no money back and gives them any excuse possible.
The local photographer mentioned in question presents himself late on several occasions, talks to his clients in a degraded manner. This local photographer is the kind of person who is damaging the good name of Aruba. The same tourists are the ones who go back to their country who tell others of their bad experience on our island.
Bondia Aruba tried to get in contact with ATA and to double check what is going on and what steps they are taking in these cases for this not to happen again. Bondia’s attempts with ATA have not been complied by ATA.

ARUBA.COM has officially removed anything & everything about Jason Margarita off of the forum due to witness including myself who have proven that Jason faked all his reviews on the wedding/honeymoon forum as he used other IP addresses and created false stories on bridal couples from the beginning of wedding planning, officially meeting him and loving his professional services. All the meanwhile Jason Margarita climbed his wall of lies through the forum and made himself look as he was the best in Aruba while he cut prestigious hotels business by falsifying his story to make him look untouchable. He hurt vendors by adding false statements as a bride himself, he has gone overboard and finally has been caught. I share this with everyone so they to see that you need to look into the facts.There are no more reviews because he is a fake. He has been banned off hotel properties and is not requested by any vendor. He is a scam artist in the making of his career and I stand as one to stop his unethical ways. I have facts, stories and brides who have come forward with his unprofessional ways. He has delivered images that a 2 year old can take. His crew is a bunch of kids with no photography background only a camera he provides. He was on weddingwire as a professional and now with all the bad reviews that he cannot remove due to REAL brides, real stories he has removed himself from the weddingwire site but his bad reviews can be seen if you google his name. I am tired of his pathetic ways on how he treats brides and his rudeness to humans. I am not going to sit here and pretend that everyone can just delete the ugly and that this will go away. SHAME ON YOU Jason!!!
